Non-Toxic Living Consultation

This is for the deeper dive, to address ongoing toxin concerns, to discuss your fears, to discuss other areas of your life that haven’t yet been addressed, and to discuss the tiny and big wins that you’ve experienced thus far, including changes in mental, emotional, and physical health.
5 Visit Package (20% savings) following New Client & Follow-Up Appointment — $270
This is for an even more in-depth look at your overall toxic load. These sessions expand for 5 weeks, or spread out every couple of months, to further educate yourself, to spend time between sessions addressing the areas of your life that you’re most concerned with, and to look at new areas that you have not yet explored. This comprehensive package helps take low-tox living to a new level, to really break down the overall toxic load that you’re carrying and find ways to achieve cleaner living-in your physical, mental, and emotional health.

Holistic Health & Wellness Guidance (Coaching)
15 Minute Consultation — Free
New Client Intake (60-90 mins) —$160-$180 —Virtyally or in-person, this New Client Intake is a time for me to listen. We spend an hour to an hour and a half and you talk as much or as little as you feel comfortable. You share your overall mental, emotional, social and spiritual well-being, your strengths and weaknesses in these areas, things are that are being neglected, things that are flourishing. This is a time for us to build a foundation or a jumping off point, for me to better understand you as an individual and really listen to you. I love this time with my clients because it gives me the opportunity to deeply listen and in turn, find ways to support even the most subtle (seeming) areas that may be contributing to negative results in a variety of areas of your life. It is a beautiful part of the Holistic Health & Wellness Guidance/Client relationship where I feel honored to learn more intimately about you and how I can support your needs and get you from where you are to where it is you want to be. This is a time to take our time, to hold space for you and the Follow-Up Session with the Detailed Support Plan is where I get to be responsive on ways to address these areas as a Holistic Health Professional
Follow-Up Session w/ Comprehensive Support Plan (60-90 mins) —Included with the New Client Intake *In this follow-up session, we meet for about an hour to an hour and a half to go over your detailed plan. After your initial client intake session, I spend a significant amount of time researching and compiling your plan and the appropriate approaches for reaching your goals. Here, I offer the different holistic health and wellness modalities that will best benefit you. We can discuss what interests you and what you’d like to leave out. These include things like nutrition, general life stressors, toxins, work, social relationships that can be improved, physical ailments, and ways to keep your body moving to attain better health, where you are spiritually, as well as things like using the practice of Iidology, Bach Flower Essences, pH testing for Urine and Saliva Acidity/Alkalinity, Aromatherapy, herbals, and supplements. My goal is to support you with a holistic health and wellness approach- mind, body, and spirit—which entails so much. Please remember that lasting change can take time, and I would love to build an ongoing support system for you, however I can. Please consider the following:

Postpartum Doula Support Package #1: 13 Hours of Care
Cost: $600-$900

Because every woman’s situation and needs vary widely, I like to offer up to an hour and a half to discuss your hopes, wants, and needs during your upcoming 4th Trimester. Here we can get better acquainted and begin to paint a picture of what you’d like this chapter to look like.
One-3-Hour Home Visit in the first week after baby is home from the hospital, birth center, or after a home birth.
One 3-Hour Home Visit in the second week after baby is home.
One 3-Hour Home Visit in the third week.
One 3 Hour Home Visit in the fourth week.
This package also includes unlimited talk/text/email support throughout our time together. Please allow for a reasonable turnaround time, as I do have 4 little ones running around at home.
Each week, there is a complimentary 15-20 minute virtual or telephone check-in available if you wish. I would love to see you between our sessions together, and check in on mom, baby and additional family members. These are quick “mom & doula dates” to let me know how you are, if there are any concerns that need addressing, or any logistical things we need to work out before our next visit together in your home.
You may add on additional services or discuss an à la carte package, such as additional hours for watching siblings, running errands, cooking nourishing meals in my home and bringing them to you, so that when I am in your home, I am free to focus on other tasks such as caring for baby and siblings, other chores, things of that nature. We can discuss ways to make things more comfortable, talk about tasks and chores, how the household runs best, and get a general idea of what is needed, together, and in-person at your home.
Two-3-Hour Home visits in the first week after baby is home from the hospital, birth center, or after a home birth.

Postpartum Doula Support Package- 33 Hours of Care #3:
Cost: $1,320-$1,980
This package is the same as the 21 Hour Postpartum Doula Support Package, but offers an additional month (or 4 visits) of postpartum care. Each week, after the first month, I offer 3-hour in-home visits, 1x per week. This package is also customizable with add-on options available.

Build-it-Yourself Postpartum Doula Package (à la carte)
Starting Cost: $400.00+
There is a baseline cost of $400.00 for this Build-it-Yourself Postpartum Doula Package to cover basic costs like travel, time, and other expenses.
You may select either the 13-hour, 21-hour, or 33-hour Postpartum Doula Package and then add additional items from the options below, OR you may choose up to 4 supplemental support options directly from this package alone. The minimum starting fee for this is $400.00, and the price will increase once selected services exceed 4. Please contact me for the Build-it-Yourself Packaging; however, if you would like to purchase the 13-hour, 21-hour or 33-hour Postpartum Doula Package AND add items from the list below, you may go ahead and purchase any of those three packages AND an à la carte add-on (x4 services) package, which is 10% discounted when purchased in conjunction with any of the three Postpartum Doula Packages.
*Please be sure to select the 10% discounted option for à la carte when adding it to your cart or booking, as there will be an “à la carte ONLY” option for those NOT utilizing my other doula support packages in conjunction with this one.
Build-it-Yourself Options (Choose 4 & Mix ‘n’ Match)
24/7 Postpartum Doula Support- this means calls, texts, and emails. I am the mother to four young children, so there is an expected “delay” in responding of up to 4 hours. If there is another emergency or situation that prevents me from responding to you in a timely fashion, an experienced doula will be in touch with you in my absence. You have the option of also having a free 15-minute consultation with her prior to the start of working with me. If you choose either the 13-hour, 21-hour, or 33-hour Postpartum Doula Package, this service is included already.
Grocery shopping/errand run at a local grocery store, or at a grocery store local to me with your list in hand! Let me shop for you. You may choose this option as many times as you would like as part of your “Choose 4” Build-it-Yourself services.
One 2-hour nurturing time for older siblings. Allow me to visit for two hours to keep the older siblings company, to talk with them about the newest addition of your family, to allow you to focus on your baby, yourself and/or your partner. This can involve age-appropriate activities in the home, or outside (weather dependent). This can be chosen as many times as you would like, as part of your “Choose 4” Build-it-Yourself services.
One 3-hour in-home Postpartum Doula Support visit. You can choose this as many times as you’d like, up to four times. You can split this up between weeks 1-4, so one visit a week, or 2 visits a week, or just have me come one time. You may add additional services if my visit was helpful and you’d like me to come back once we’ve already begun working together- barring my availability.

New Client/Doula Guidance & Resources Consultation
Cost: $100-$125
In this New Client/Doula Support Consultation, we can discuss how I can better assist you as a Doula. This is a great place to lay a foundation for our relationship as you navigate your way through dreaming of pregnancy and parenthood, pre-pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum, and beyond. This session is an hour to an hour and a half of dedicated time for me to listen to you talk about where you are in your pregnancy/parenting journey and where you want to be; your hopes, thoughts, fears, needs, and wants at this point in time and moving forward. Part of the doula role is to provide resources for where you are and where you want to be. This is also an opportunity to utilize me as your sounding board, like a trusted friend. My hope is that you feel comfortable enough to open up in our session together, and that we can build a relationship where you feel safe, supported, and heard. As a mother of four children ranging in age from one to eight years old, as well as having endured three miscarriages and supporting many women in their prenatal, pregnancy, postpartum (and beyond) journeys, I love to support women in all stages of this beautiful and chaotic chapter of life.
Pair Initial/New Client Consult AND Reassessment Sessions (above) WITH the following options below to create a larger/discounted package-

As a doula support person in this role, my goal is to establish a foundation with you and to continue walking alongside you during your journey, as a sounding board, as a way for you to discover your inner voice and follow your intuition and the Holy Spirit about what you need and want, and as a way to support you with valuable resources at every stage. These sessions run about an hour long.
5 Visit Support Package(Includes the New Client/Doula Guidance & Resources Consultation AND the Additional Support & Reassessment Visit) IN THE TOTAL price, so 7 meetings total- 15% savings)
Cost: $391- $514.25$. ($460-$605 15% savings)
Take it one step further with this package of 5 additional support visits! Same as above, this package is for those seeking ongoing support.
